Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the specific part you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic component in its original anti-static bag and use a protective box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping the Part

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the part for compatibility and condition within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
